An upright installation is recommended. When installing, ensure that the heat source water and cold water into the heat exchanger is opposite flow direction. When not in use for a long time, the water inside the heat exchanger should be emptied to prevent the occurrence of low temperature icing or high temperature corrosion. If the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger decreases, it should be cleaned and descaled in time. Before installing brazed plate heat exchanger, heat insulation material should be applied to eliminate condensate.
