Structure

 

- Finned tube heat exchanger 

Hydrophilic aluminum foil is used to reduce the adhesion of water on the aluminum foil and greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency. Copper tube sleeve aluminum fin design, uniform wind speed. Reasonable arrangement of copper tubes, V-shaped installation, improve heat transfer efficiency and reduce fan noise. Copper tubes and aluminum fins are tightly mechanically expanded, with high performance and stable heat transfer. Strictly control the quality. Configure according to the place of use and process , to ensure that the heat transfer coefficient meets the design requirements.

 

-Compressor 

The scroll chiller adopts the "non-contact and wear-free" scroll compressor, and the intermediate bearing cover design achieves high energy efficiency and low sound level, and the operation is quieter and more efficient.

 

- Shell and tube heat exchanger 

The heat exchanger is the most important part of the refrigeration unit, and its quality and manufacturing process determine the heat exchange efficiency and service life of the unit. It also represents whether a manufacturing company has core technology, intellectual property rights and creative capabilities.

 

-Fan 

Special low-energy consumption fan, reasonable fan nozzle  design can maximize air flow and reduce noise, practice has,  proved that our fan runs stably and has a long service life;  motor waterproof and dustproof grade: IP54, insulation grade: F; each fan has Itis an independent partition cavity.

 

 

-Controller 

The controller uses a 7-inch to 12-inch touch display, which  greatly improves the anti-interference ability of the system.  The appearance is made of plastic shell, whichis easy to install. The front and rear boards exchange data through the 485, communication mode, and the whole system can be installed in an integrated way or in a separate way. Siemens PLC controller can also be selected to realize ModBusRTU, TCP or STcommunication.
