Product Description

 
Plate heat exchanger plate is separated by a certain distance, through the sealing gasket pressure formed by the channel. The hot and cold medium, the two kinds of fluid with temperature difference, will enter the plate channel from the corner hole through the heat transfer, and the adjacent channel fluid direction, whether countercurrent or downstream, will exchange heat through the plate.

Heat exchange plate is made of stainless steel plate pressing molding, it has 4 flow hole, middle pressure adult shape corrugated, pressure around the sealing groove. The sealing groove is provided with a sealant pad. The heat exchange plate is positioned and aligned by two guide rods, and the two clamping plates are compressed by clamping bolts to form the heat exchange runner in the inner cavity of the heat exchanger.

Selection of Plate

Plate type or corrugated form should be based on the actual needs of plate heat exchanger applications. In the case of large flow rate and small allowable pressure drop, the plate with small resistance should be selected, and the plate with large resistance should be selected on the contrary. According to the fluid pressure and temperature, determine the choice of removable or brazed type. When determining the plate type, it is not suitable to choose the plate with too small area, so as to avoid too many plates, low inter-plate flow rate and low heat transfer coefficient.

Plate heat exchanger design selection, the pressure drop is also a certain requirement, so it should be checked. If the pressure drop exceeds the allowable pressure drop, it is necessary to re-calculate the design selection until the process requirements are met.
