PHE unit for Air Conditioning Heating for Residential Buildings
What is a heat exchanger unit
Product Description
The efficient and intelligent plate heat exchanger unit is a full automatic, efficient, intelligent and energy-saving product. It's composed of heat exchanger, pump, valve, PLC controlling system, pipes and son on. It's a complete system equipment.
What is the structure of HE Unit?
The plate heat exchanger unit essentially consists of a heat exchanger, a circulating pump, a make-up pump, an electric cabinet, a filter, a base, a pipeline, valves and instruments and may be provided with components such as an automatic constant-pressure water make-up device, a water treatment device, a water tank, a pump variable-frequency controller, a temperature control valve and a remote communication controller to form a complete heat exchange station.
With characteristics of standard and modular design, complete configuration, easy installation, high efficiency and energy saving, it is widely used in central heating systems, central air-conditioning systems, domestic water systems, enterprises' process water systems, etc.
Plates and Gaskets
The plate heat exchanger's plate materials and corresponding applicable places are given in Table 1 and its gasket materials and corresponding applicable places in Table 2 for your reference.
