A heat exchanger is an energy-saving device that transfers heat between materials at two or more fluids at different temperatures. It transfers heat from a higher temperature fluid to a lower temperature fluid, allowing the fluid temperature to reach the flow. 1. The high temperature resistance of finned tube heat exchanger can reach 950ºC.
2. The total heat transfer film coefficient K value of finned tube heat exchanger is high. The heat transfer effect LV is 1.5 times that of ordinary tube, 2 times that of finned tube, and 10%-15% higher than that of domestic plate of the same type.
3. Finned tube heat exchanger can adopt elastic structure design, so that the problem of thermal expansion can be reasonably and effectively alleviated.
4. There are sufficient experimental and real operation values as support, according to the constant adjustment of the calculation formula to make the calculation error within 5%, more than 95% of the machine equipment operation can reach the formulated data.
