Product Description


Plate heat exchanger is separated by a certain distance, through the sealing gasket pressure formed by the channel. The hot and cold medium, the two kinds of fluid with temperature difference, will enter the plate channel from the corner hole through the heat transfer, and the adjacent channel fluid direction, whether countercurrent or downstream, will exchange heat through the plate. Heat exchange plate is made of stainless steel plate pressing molding, it has 4 flow hole, middle pressure adult shape corrugated, pressure around the sealing groove. The sealing groove is provided with a sealant pad. The heat exchange plate is positioned and aligned by two guide rods, and the two clamping plates are compressed by clamping bolts to form the heat exchange runner in the inner cavity of the heat exchanger.

As a new efficient and compact heat exchanger, this product consists of multiple parallel corrugated-surface thin metal sheets that overlap and are then fixed by lamp plates and bolts.
