The main characteristics of finned tube heat exchanger: 1. The high temperature resistance of finned tube heat exchanger can reach 950ºC. 2. The total heat transfer film coefficient K value of finned tube heat exchanger is high. The heat transfer effect LV is 1.5 times that of ordinary tube, 2 times that of finned tube, and 10%-15% higher than that of domestic plate of the same type. 3. Finned tube heat exchanger can adopt elastic structure design, so that the problem of thermal expansion can be reasonably and effectively alleviated. 4. There are sufficient experimental and real operation values as support, according to the constant adjustment of the calculation formula to make the calculation error within 5%, more than 95% of the machine equipment operation can reach the formulated data.
 

When using low finned tube, due to the weak heat transfer coefficient during this period, strengthening it will produce a certain effect. However, the excessive fin effect is not obvious, and the contact area between tube and tube is strengthened at the same time. Threaded tube or grooved tube can be used.
