A heat exchanger 
Air/air welded is suitable for applications where heat exchanger temperatures are higher, pollution is higher, and external loads are higher. It can be fully customized to the customer's individual needs. The connection of tube to tubesheet is achieved by welding.

Widely used in chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, rubber, leather, wood, paint baking paint, food, PVC plastic, printing, medicine and other industries. The base material of composite fin tube can be carbon steel, copper, titanium, stainless steel and so on. After the close composite of bimetal, the heat dissipation tube has small thermal resistance (no contact thermal resistance), good heat transfer performance, high strength, low resistance, not easy to dust, corrosion prevention, beautiful and generous, long service life.

The total heat transfer film coefficient K value of finned tube heat exchanger is high. The heat transfer effect LV is 1.5 times that of ordinary tube, 2 times that of finned tube, and 10%-15% higher than that of domestic plate of the same type. 3. Finned tube heat exchanger can adopt elastic structure design, so that the problem of thermal expansion can be reasonably and effectively alleviated. 4. There are sufficient experimental and real operation values as support, according to the constant adjustment of the calculation formula to make the calculation error within 5%, more than 95% of the machine equipment operation can reach the formulated data.
