Air heater, also known as finned tube radiator, is a heat exchanger widely used in gas and liquid heat exchanger. All heat and cold exchangers with fins on heat exchange tubes to increase the heat dissipation area can be summarized as "finned tube radiator". Working scheme

Finned tube heat exchanger has no fins at both ends of the tube bundle and large diameter, so it can be welded or expanded with the tube plate as with the light tube. If necessary, a baffle plate can also be installed, and the baffle plate should be made into a straight section without fins.

Strong heat transfer ability: compared with the light tube, the heat transfer area can be increased by 2-30 times and the heat transfer coefficient can be increased by 1-2 times.
