Product Description

Plate heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchanger composed of a series of stacked metal sheets.  "High efficiency "" energy saving "" space saving "" easy maintenance "4 features in one of the plate heat exchanger (PHE) can be called the ideal heat exchanger. Its heat conduction plate adopts stainless steel or titanium sheet stamping into corrugated shape to improve its heat transfer efficiency. Mount the required number of heat conduction plates with sealing gaskets on the guide rod, and fix them with fastening bolts and nuts between the fixing frame and the moving frame. High temperature fluid and low temperature fluid flow alternately with the gap between each plate as the flow channel.

How It Works

As a new efficient and compact heat exchanger, this product consists of multiple parallel corrugated-surface thin metal sheets that overlap and are then fixed by lamp plates and bolts. 
Heat exchange principle: the cold working fluid and the hot working fluid flow through the narrow and winding passage made of two neighboring plates alternately and realize cold and heat exchange through the plates separating the two working fluids.

 Plates and Gaskets 

Platetype or corrugated form should be based on the actual needs of plate heat exchanger applications. In the case of large flow rate and small allowable pressure drop, the plate with small resistance should be selected, and the plate with large resistance should be selected on the contrary.According to the fluid pressure and temperature, determine the choice of removable or brazed type. When determining the plate type, it is not suitable to choose the plate with too small area, so as to avoid too many plates, low inter-plate flow rate and low heat transfer coefficient.
