Nitrogen-Heat Conduction Oil Heat Exchanger with Shell&Plate as Components
Plate&Shell Heat Exchanger, newly arrived counterpart for Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger, consists of an Outer Shell under Pressure Vessel Code and a heating Plate Bundles, and connecting devices. If you may ask, it is perfectly fit for high-volume and high-pressure&temperature operation.
Because of the unique structure, larger spacing between plates in particular, this type of exchanger is less likely to accumulate dust and scale. Far beyond that, it again inherits excellent coefficient from Plate&Frame Exchanger, owing to the heat transfer properties of the plates.
Plate Material Could be:
SS304, SS316L, 904L, SMO254 Titanium, Hastelloy, Nickel
Shell Material Could be:
SS304, SS316L, 904L, SMO254 Titanium, Hastelloy, Nickel, Carbon Steel Q235-B and others
Structure Can Be Either Fully-Welded Or Semi-Welded:
Former one is more economic but cannot be cleaned at shell side, while the latter is detachable and thereby expensive.
