It not only has a large heat transfer area per unit volume, but also has a better heat transfer effect, which has become a typical heat exchanger in industrial production for a long time.
The heat medium temperature drop of positive displacement heat exchanger is large. When the soda water heat exchange, the condensate water outlet temperature is about 50ºC, the return pipe should be set up and down the trap, to bring convenience to use and maintenance. On the condition of water-water heat exchange, the heat temperature drop is of 2 and 2.5 times of the same type of heat exchanger, high temperation between 120 and 150ºC hot water heat exchange can be reduced to 70 ~ 75ºC.
