Air heater, also known as finned tube radiator, is a heat exchanger widely used in gas and liquid heat exchanger. All heat and cold exchangers with fins on heat exchange tubes to increase the heat dissipation area can be summarized as "finned tube radiator". Commonly used as hot air or cold air, it is characterized by compact structure and large unit heat exchange area.

Generally speaking, the fin tube heat exchanger spacing, slice height is the main factors affecting the fin ratio, medium in the tube and outside the medium fin ratio and heat transfer coefficient will be significant.  If there is a large difference in the heat transfer coefficient of the inner and outer film of the tube, the finned tube with a large finned ratio should be selected, such as steam heating air.  When there is a single-sided medium phase change, the heat transfer coefficient is very different, such as the exchange of hot and cold air, when the hot air falls below the dew point, finned tube heat exchanger can be used.

Threaded tube or grooved tube can be used.
